Period, industrial architecture.

The St Vincent’s quarter is a unique piece of Sheffield’s architectural heritage and is characterised by some excellent examples of period industrial architecture. This residential scheme of 103 apartments is a redevelopment of a site and buildings formerly occupied by Ashton’s, an industrial seal manufacturer and packaging company. The scheme consists of the sympathetic refurbishment of a heritage building and sensitively designed new buildings which reflect the character and materiality of the area.
