One of Sheffield's landmark office buildings, St James House is located within the traditional professional district and close to all city centre amenities and transport links. CODA was appointed to oversee a major refurbishment of the building, which included modernisation of the office floors, reception and common areas as well as new glazing and M&E throughout the building.
