Based on our Back-to-Back housing concept, ‘Sky-House’ is derived from the houses unique roof gardens and expansive glazing creating homes that are bright, airy and spacious with unrivalled views from every level.

The design takes reference from the regions industrial past with the saw toothed roofs in a sensitive contemporary style further echoing the more recent contemporary commercial developments at the adjacent Advanced Manufacturing Park.

‘Sky-House’ aims to create sensitively compact communities that are centered around a pocket park with a series of open spaces for the residents to use including an all-weather play space for children’s health and wellbeing. Ball games are strictly encouraged!
