Kelham Gate is a seven-story development of 49 apartments and a ground floor commercial unit on the former Carr Motors site, facing directly onto the Shalesmoor roundabout.
The project is one in a long line of developments throughout the historic Kelham Island and Shalesmoor area by CODA, and part of an ongoing drive by us and our partners to help create a thriving community in the area.
