The development provides 81 high specification residential apartments with undercroft parking split over four blocks varying in height from 4 to 6 stories, each with its own communal staircase. The construction is generally concrete frame for the main part of the building with a lightweight timber frame for the upper penthouse levels. The external materials include traditional red brickwork with a mixture of ashlar red sandstone and paternated copper Rainscreen cladding to the core and upper storey elements.
