The shortlist of nominees for the 2021 Yorkshire Property Industry Awards has been revealed and we are delighted to announce that our projects, have been shortlisted in not one, not two, but three categories.

The nominations are for:

Design Excellence Award - Great Central

Entries for this award come from architectural practices operating in the region’s property sector, who have made significant contributions to developments in terms of design, deliverability and control of costs.

Residential Development of the Year (fewer than 50 homes) - Sky House Oughtibridge

This award is open to companies that have developed a residential scheme of fewer than 50 homes in Yorkshire and the Humber. It recognises the quality of construction and design, as well as the positive impact it has had on the local area. Judges will be looking at how the development has brought new standards to the fore and how a spirit of innovation has been embraced by those involved.
