Unanimous approval for the major redevelopment of a former department store

We are celebrating a very positive start to November as our twin tower, 11 storey scheme in Stevenage town centre secures a unanimous approval from the Stevenage Borough Council planning committee.

The scheme will deliver 250 homes and commercial premises on the site of the former BHS department store, breathing new life into the High Street and supporting ambitious regeneration plans for Stevenage town centre set out in the Local Plan and the Town Centre Framework.

Unanimous approval for the major redevelopment of a former department store

Special thanks to Charles Dunn at Urbana Town Planning for providing invaluable planning support on the scheme!
