We are delighted to announce that Palatine, our 103 unit residential scheme, has been shortlisted in the Design Excellence category at the 2020 Sheffield City Region Property Dinner awards.

The 2020 dinner celebrates another year of fabulous achievements across the property sector in the region. This year's event, which usually takes place in July, will take place on 9 September at City Hall in Sheffield

We are thrilled the scheme has been recognised alongside some of the excellent schemes on the shortlist.

A qualified urban designer, Matt joined CODA in 2004 during its first year in business and has been instrumental in overseeing the firms capability to deliver significant residential and mixed use schemes.

Matt is responsible for managing a growing Architectural and Planning consultancy practice. He applies a hands-on approach and is passionate about driving design excellence and consistency from initial concept through to delivery on site. Get to know Matt >>
