The awards recognise projects all across South Yorkshire and the Sheffield City Region, with the Design Excellence Award celebrating the best architectural designs, and the Outstanding Development Award recognising developments that set them apart from their rivals.
Great Central is a statement building that has reinvigorated and transformed a key intersection and nodal point in the city centre, and has delivered 131 one, two and three bedroom apartments with two commercial units.
