Since 2003, CODA Studios has consistently earned recognition for its collaborative, people-oriented approach in planning and designing creative, forward thinking projects for a wide range of clients.

From humble beginnings, we have grown to a team of 21 talented architects, designers and professionals with studios in Sheffield and Manchester. Our multidisciplinary team create affordable to luxury residential, city living, housing, student accommodation and commercial schemes with the right skills and expertise to deliver major, complex projects across the UK.
