CODA Studios' 2020 Year-In-Review

Another year is coming to an end. Little did we know back in January about the "surprises" this year had in store for us! But despite the challenges, CODA Studios have had a brilliant year with plenty of successes we are grateful for.

We would like to mention just a few of them....

In 2020:

• CODA Bespoke create more dream homes, with some of our most standout schemes to date securing planning permission and reaching completion
• CODA Planning is a regional finalist at the Planning Awards 2020 with the schemes for both Waverley and Oughtibridge making the shortlist
• Great Central our residential-led development in Neepsend reaches completion
• As does The Interchange, a development of 44 one and two-bedroom apartments located in the heart of Salford
• CODA Architecture unveils plans for Olive Lane which will form the heart of the community at the flagship Waverley development
• And Kelham Gate, a seven-story development of 49 apartments and a ground floor commercial unit on the former Carr Motors site
• Waverley Phase 2 secures planning permissions for forty of the next generation 2 bed-flex Sky-Houses and 4 four-bed end townhouses
• Work starts on site at Oughtibridge Mill and Cotton Mill Row
• The major redevelopment of the former BHS store in Stevenage secures planning approval
• Work starts on site at Cotton Mill Row
