Liam joined CODA Manchester in June 2019 shortly after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a 1st class honours in (Bsc) Architectural Technology.
Liam’s professional interests lie in energy-efficient architecture and the application of sustainable design & detailing. This was explored in his final year university project ‘The Climbing Centre at The Sheffield Ski Village’, which was named as a finalist at that 2019 CIAT Awards for ‘The Student Award for Excellence in Architectural Technology’; acclaimed for its optimisation of passive design and integration of sustainable material.
Liam has previous experience working on a broad range of social housing schemes across the UK, as well as bespoke projects in the North West. At CODA, Currently working on residential projects across the UK including a large Office to Residential conversion to introduce 165 new apartments, as well as supporting the delivery of a large new-build residential development in London.
