Josh is an Associate Director at CODA Studios, specialising in the delivery and management of multiple large scale residential and commercial developments. Josh originally joined CODA in 2017 as BIM Manager where he began training staff in the latest design software. Once the entire practice was fully competent working in a BIM environment Josh focussed on the delivery of some of the largest project CODA have had to date.
Josh completed his degree at Sheffield Hallam University and is now a fully Chartered Architectural Technologist, and with his impressive skillset this makes him a key member of the team. Some of Josh’s more notable projects include schemes such as Stockwood Gardens in Luton, Olive Lane town centre at Waverley, and the award-winning Sky-House development in Oughtibridge.
